Login Guide
How to Log In to Your ewtown Account
The ewtown login process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible. You can log in using your username, registered Malaysia phone number, or email address — whichever you remember most easily.
After entering your password, the ewtown system will verify your identity within seconds. If you have activated 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), an additional verification code will be sent to your phone number — an extra layer of protection we strongly recommend for all users.
You can also log in using a Google, Facebook, or Telegram account linked during registration — faster, with no password to remember.
Once logged in successfully, you will be taken directly to your ewtown account dashboard. From there, you can view your account balance, transaction history, active bonuses, jump straight to your favourite games, or make deposits and withdrawals.
If you access ewtown from the same device frequently, the "Remember Me" allows you to stay logged in for a longer period without needing to re-enter your password each time. However, we do not recommend this feature on public or shared devices.
Having trouble logging in? Click the "Forgot Password" and we will send a recovery code to your registered phone number or email. The password recovery process is typically completed within 5 minutes. If you are still experiencing issues, the ewtown support team is ready to assist via live chat 24 hours a day.
Tip: For better account security, activate 2-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. Every new login attempt will require an OTP code sent to your phone.
Ewtown platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during your login session. This means your password is never sent in plain text — it is fully encrypted before leaving your device. Our security system also monitors any suspicious login attempts and will automatically block access if abnormal activity is detected.

Tips to Keep Your Account Safe
1
Don't share your password — ewtown will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If anyone does, they are not ewtown staff.
2
Use a strong password — Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid easily guessed passwords such as your date of birth or name.
3
Enable 2FA — Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection. Even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code.
4
Log out after every session — Especially if you are using a public or shared device. Click the "Logout" button from your account dashboard.
5
Monitor your account activity — Check your login history and transactions regularly. If you suspect any unrecognised activity, contact ewtown support immediately.
Watch out for fake websites impersonating ewtown. Always make sure the URL is ewtown.net before entering your login details.
