These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ewtown ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the ewtown website and our official mobile app.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, or accessing any part of the ewtown platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Ewtown reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of that amendment.

To register and use the ewtown platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. ewtown takes seriously its responsibility to prevent underage players from accessing the platform.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

• Withdrawals via FPX bank transfer take 1 to 3 hours on business days.

• Ewtown does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals.

General Bonus Terms:

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account termination without further notice, and ewtown reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all balances held in that account.

Ewtown reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent conduct, decisions by a regulatory body, or legal directives.

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the ewtown support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining balance may be claimed through the standard withdrawal process.

• Accounts closed at the user's request may be reinstated subject to an internal review.
• Accounts terminated due to a breach of Terms are final and cannot be reinstated.
• Ewtown will retain transaction records and account activity for the period required by applicable legislation, even after account closure.
